This allows a marketer the ability to be mobile with or without internet service. “Mobile Trends in CRM for Post-Acute Care,” this LinkedIn article by Playmaker explains how a CRM solution can assist marketers in growing their territories. It functions just as a banking application functions on the mobile device. The user must download the application from either the iTunes or Google Play. Once the application is loaded, username and password will be needed to access the user’s account.

Cloud-based storage allows the Playmaker application to provide its end user with the opportunity access their data anywhere the internet is accessible. In 2017, being mobile is necessary to compete with growing healthcare companies. Electronic medical records and charts are now stored in the cloud as well.
