"It was all a dream," literally. Six women of Nashville came together with the idea of bringing something different to Nashville. Let's put the practice of yoga with trap music, the best of both worlds.

August 5, 2017, TYN hosted its first Trap Yoga Nashville event at A Beautiful Pain Fitness Studio and taught by Nashville's own yoga instructor, Renee Watkins. The first class sold out in 24 hours, which prompted a move for the second class. Luckily, W.I.N. was able to squeeze right in and score a ticket to the second class which sold out in a record 11 minutes.

The energy in the class is amazing. The Trap Yoga sessions are for all yoga levels. In the second class there quite a few "first-timers," myself included. Renee introduced us all into an easy routine that grew slightly in intensity as the session progressed. I will definitely be returning for future sessions.
